Entrepreneurship has always been part of CIEL’s DNA since its origins. Generations before us have seen and embraced opportunities, first in the Sugar industry and then in Textile. We have since then ventured in other industries and grown significantly by fostering intrapreneurship and empowering our teams. As intrapreneurs, we allow ourselves to think out of the box whilst remaining committed and engaged towards the group’s core values and organisational structure. In a world that is constantly evolving, acting as intrapreneurs has always been and remains a key competitive advantage to stay ahead of the game. We must thrive to go beyond in everything we undertake and develop.
