New in : Hélène Echevin, our new Chief Officer - Operational Excellence

We are pleased to welcome on board Hélène Echevin as our new Chief Officer – Operational Excellence. Having joined our team this 15th of March 2017, her main mission will consist in supporting the consolidation and growth of our global operations through the deployment of new principles and tools of operational excellence across the group. She will strive at anchoring even further CIEL’s sense of sharing and philosophy towards excellence and advancement.

Throughout her career, Hélène has spent 15 years at Eclosia (previously Food and Allied) where she has worked her way up to the position of Chief Operation Officer – Projects & Process Optimization - and executive member of the group’s committee. She has also occupied the position of President of the Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry, from March 2015 to March 2016, and is a current member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIoD), the Association Progrès du Management (APM) while seating at the board of directors of the Mauritius Renewable Energy Agency (MARENA) and Maurilait Production Ltd. Her latest position was that of Managing Director Archemics Ltd and Suchem Ltd, subsidiaries of the Harel Mallac group.

“I am really looking forward to participating in the development and enhancement of the group with which I share a common vision and values. I feel very lucky to be part of such a dynamic and committed team,” says Hélène. The CIEL family extends its warmest welcome to her!
